2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee

We have the 4xe. It’s a great car when it works. Lots of power and able to fit 3 across in the back seat, but it’s snug. It has been plagued with recalls and the technology can be glitchy. We have also not had the best dealership experiences in the broader Denver area

Ok car for the price, however, it lacks quite a bit in functionality. Back seat is only big enough for 2 car seats and does not leave enough room for a middle passenger. Trunk is spacious. Ventilation for the back seat is poor.

This is my favorite car I’ve owned yet. I purchased the car because I wanted 4x4 as my last didn’t have it, and I was also looking for something larger and heavier. Right after purchasing the vehicle, we had a major snowstorm and I have never felt safer in a vehicle. We purchased the car as just a married couple trying for a baby, and now we’ll be bringing our first home in December in it!

I can fit three diono car seats across in the second row of this vehicle and it has a ton of cargo space. The in vehicle technology is pretty basic and the pickup on this car is not sporty or very powerful even given it is a V6 but overall I have been happy with the vehicle.

I LOVED this car! We bought a 2016 new for just my husband and I (wouldn't let me select that year), and it grew with us for 10 years and 3 kids later. We only got rid of it because we were having a 4th kid. The reliability of ours was great. No issues with engine/transmission ever. We were at 150,000 miles. Over the course of 10 years, I had a license plate light go out, the parking brake release acted up one time, that's it. If we did not have to upgrade our car, we would still be driving this daily with 3 across! Carseats DID matter because it was a tight 3 across situation, but totally doable! We had several different set-ups over the years, 1. Infant, RF, FF 2. Infant, RF, Booster 3. RF, RF, Booster 4. RF, FF, Booster We loved the Graco Slimfit 3LX for the middle seat, then had a Graco Slimfit (not the 3 LX) outboard, and a Graco Transitions outboard. There was still plenty of room for driver and passenger seats, did not feel cramped ever. The trunk space was phenomenal. We could fit the mockingbird stroller, 2 seats, scooters and even groceries. We were sad to get rid of our Jeep, it served us SO well for 10 years and for 3 kids.

My in-laws own this car so I have lots of experience installing car seats in it and have drove it myself a few times. It is very comfortable. I was impressed with the spaciousness of it. It fit all of my car seats without a problem. They have had a few issues that the dealer has fixed but something to mention. If you have two kids, this is good car. Trunk is spacious and fits stroller and groceries with no problem.
