2027 Hyundai Palisade

Was at the end of my lease with a 2023 Palisade and before test driving the 2026 I thought for sure it would be my next vehicle. In my opinion the exterior was very stylish, and second row was roomy for adults and children. Third row still a tighter fit for an adult, especially if car seats were installed in both captains chairs - trying to get to the 3rd row would be more challenging. While test driving it felt very heavy (probably from the hybrid engine), but it felt like it drove slow and I kept getting a lagging feel anytime I pressed on the gas. That was enough for me to say all the hype of the changes/upgrades between the '23 and '26 wasn't worth it.

This is my first third row vehicle and I am impressed! I have two young girls and it perfect for the average day to day daycare drop offs and the weekend adventures with the whole family. We love the sleek look of the exterior while having a simplistic yet, somewhat futuristic interior. I didn’t feel like I needed all the bells and whistles but the options all the base model are so nice to have in our new vehicle. The captain seats are ideal for our family and pockets on the back of the front seats as well as the hidden compartment are great for extra wipes, napkins, and books for the kids. The air vents throughout the car are amazing and can be controlled by the driver/passenger. The sunshades on the second row are key for our drives to daycare and long road trips. We love the comfort of the front two seats and the leather throughout the entire vehicle. Our base model also came with thick, durable floor mats. We love this feature with two messy kids and numerous snacks or drinks split in the vehicle along with muddy soccer cleats. We often don’t need our third row. However, the space when it’s down is amazing. Even with the third row up; we have a good amount of space for chairs, bags, emergency basket of items and more. The netting in the trunk helps things from falling and has saved me a time or two already with the gallon of milk from our grocery runs. I have no complaints yet, I really think this will be a solid vehicle for our family for years to come!

Absolutely love this car. I had a 2023 Palisade Limited before this and loved it so much I bought a 2026 Calligraphy. Both had captain's chairs. Great space for multiple kids and car seats, ceiling vents, 2nd and 3rd row heated seats are awesome. Multiple cupholders and USBC chargers for every seat. As a driver I love all of the safety and driving tech. The "self driving" lane assist is awesome. I truly believe the tech has saved me from accidents. I appreciate all of the "creature comforts" like the massage drivers seat, adjustable leg rests, multiple cup holders and cubbies. I love that the 2nd row has cupholders in the doors as well as other storage space. This car has a lot of features you only find in expensive high end cars. I love the interior design, multiple textures and materials. Love the big double sunroof. Guests get in and are always surprised how pretty it is. Kelly was harsh on the interior redesign and I was so bummed when I saw her review before I saw the car for myself. I think the lower trim models (which have a 2nd row bench) are very basic and not as pretty as the higher trims). The Palisade Calligraphy has multiple fabrics and textures, just as pretty as my 2023 was. Both Palisades I've had have the white/cream leather (because it's just so pretty) and it holds up/cleans up really well with messy kids who eat in the car. No issues with stains. Snow tires on my 2023 made a huge difference in snow/ice performance and I plan to do this same with this car.

This is an excellent family car at a decent price point. The technology and comfort is top tier and riding in all rows as an adult is comfortable!

The technology is a game changer! The seats are so comfortable. Seat belts are hard for boosters or kids buckling themselves.

The second row leg room/ car seat spacing is phenomenal. The car is comfortable to drive and even the lower levels have some great technology options. The third row may be comfortable for small children but not suitable for teens or adults for long trips. Trunk space fills up quick with a stroller but is great with the 3rd row down.
