Features We Love
  • Best in Class Carseat Capability: The second row is extremely car seat friendly. There are three sets of lower anchors across the bench and tether anchors on all five rear seats. The car-seat-friendly tilt feature is a game changer because you can access the third row without uninstalling a car seat
  • Comfortable Third Row & Cargo: The third row is surprisingly usable for a midsize SUV. I had actual legroom back there, and it comes with side vents, cup holders, and lighting. Even with the third row up, you still get about 18 cubic feet of cargo space, which is enough to fit a full-size stroller plus a little extra.
  • Big, Spacious SUV in the Mid-Size Class: The Atlas is one of the largest mid-size SUVs on the market, great for families who want more space without jumping to full-size or a minivan.
Car Mom Review

The Exterior

Volkswagen keeps the Atlas simple — and I mean that in the best way.

The front end is bold with a prominent VW badge, subtle chrome accents, and cohesive hood lines that make it look strong without being overdesigned. The 20-inch rims give it a sporty stance, and I love how the beltline follows the curve of the wheel well. Around back, you get wraparound taillights and a clean chrome bar with ATLAS embossed into it.

It’s sleek. It’s athletic. It’s not trying too hard.

The Atlas comes with two engine choices:

  • 4-cylinder
  • 3.6L V6

I’ve driven both, and I personally prefer the V6. It offers stronger performance and better towing capacity, which matters for families hauling boats, trailers, or campers. Yes, it comes with a higher price tag but the added power feels worth it to me

First Row

The Atlas interior has always been one of my favorites for pure functionality.

It doesn’t feel flashy. It doesn’t feel overly intricate. It just works.

What Stands Out:

  • Simple, intuitive infotainment system
  • Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
  • Physical climate controls
  • Huge center console
  • Massive door cubbies (40oz water bottle approved)

The screen is smaller than many competitors, but it’s functional. I’d mostly use CarPlay anyway.

I especially appreciate how easy it is to adjust rear climate from the front. If you’re a parent, you know how important that is when a kid starts yelling that they’re hot.

The center console is deep and wide, with additional USB-C ports inside. Volkswagen has fully moved to USB-C, so that’s what you’ll find throughout.

Cup holders? Elite. Volkswagen consistently nails cup holder design.

Second Row

Second Row: Bench or Captain’s Chairs

The Atlas offers both configurations:

  • Bench = 7 passengers
  • Captain’s chairs = 6 passengers

And I will say it loud and clear:
The Atlas bench is amazing.

It’s wide enough for legitimate three-across setups. Even with captain’s chairs, though, the space is impressive.

Car Seat Setup:

  • Lower anchors in outboard seats
  • Tether anchors in all four rear seating positions
  • Built-in sunshades
  • Excellent side cubbies

Only downside, no ceiling vents!!

Third Row Access:

One of my favorite features in the Atlas is the car-seat-friendly tilt.

If your car seat is installed with lower anchors, you can tilt and slide the entire seat forward to access the third row — without uninstalling the seat.

This works great for:

  • Infant seat bases
  • Forward-facing seats with LATCH
  • Boosters with lower anchor connectors

That feature alone makes the Atlas incredibly practical for growing families.

Third Row

Third Row: Shockingly Spacious

Here’s the thing about the Atlas — the third row is actually usable.

At six feet tall, I still have:

  • Solid headroom
  • Good knee clearance
  • Wide seating
  • Pillar-mounted vents
  • Cup holders and cubbies

The third-row ventilation is actually better positioned than the second row vents.

And because it’s only two seats back there, you get actual elbow room.

No items found.

Trunk

With the third row up, you get 20.6 cubic feet of cargo space, which is strong for a midsize seven-passenger SUV.

My UPPAbaby Vista fits back there — and that’s saying something.

There are also:

  • Side storage compartments
  • Illuminated cargo areas
  • Easy fold-flat third row seats

When the third row is down, the trunk becomes impressively spacious.

For reference, only vehicles like the Chevy Traverse and Buick Enclave offer more cargo room in this category.

Safety

The 2023 Atlas received a 5-Star overall safety rating from NHTSA but was not a Top Safety pick from the IIHS.

I want to call out the lack of second and third-row seat belt pre-tensioners. Pretensioners remove slack from the seat belt in the nanoseconds before a crash, dramatically reducing injury in frontal and near-frontal collisions. This feature has been standard in front seats for nearly two decades, but not in the back seats. While this doesn’t affect children in harnessed car seats, it does affect other passengers.

Safety Features:

  • Forward Collision Warning with Automatic Emergency Braking
  • Blind Spot Monitoring
  • Rear Cross-Traffic Alert
  • Electronic Stability Control and traction control
  • Lane Keep Assist (available)
  • Adapative Cruise Control (available)

Car Seat Setup

Don't want a full-size SUV, but still need to fit 4–5 kids in car seats? The Atlas is the car that can fit everyone practically and comfortably.

Second Row Options & Car Seat Access

The second row offers either a bench seat or captain’s chairs, and both feature car-seat-friendly tilt. The Atlas bench is arguably the best midsize SUV to accommodate three-across setups.

Every seating position in the second and third rows has:

  • A removable head restraint
  • A top tether anchor

Every second-row seating position also has lower anchors. Lower anchors are notably missing from the third row. While they are not necessary for a safe car seat installation, they are helpful for booster seats. Many boosters offer lower anchor connectors to keep the seat secure when unoccupied. Otherwise, the booster seat should be buckled in with a seat belt to keep it from becoming a projectile in a crash.

Important Second Row Details

The second-row center lower anchors are unfortunately overlapped by the outboard behind-the-driver seat belt. That means if you want to use the center seat’s lower anchors, you cannot use the outboard driver’s seat belt at the same time.

Additionally, the space between the seat belt buckle for the center position and the buckle for the adjacent position is very small. This means most car seats are too wide to install in the middle seat without resting on the belt buckle, which can damage the buckle.

Refer to your owner’s manual for specific guidance, but you can contact VW for a buckle cover if you wish to install a larger car seat in the center position. The buckle cover renders the outboard passenger buckle useless.

Translation:

If you want to install the outboard seat with the seat belt (usually needed for three-across installs), your center car seat must be:

  • Very narrow
  • Installed using the seat belt

Enter the Graco SlimFit3 LX. While some other narrow car seats work here too, nothing is as versatile as this seat.

Best Car Seat Fits in the Second Row

The wide outboard seats can accommodate just about any car seat. There’s also plenty of legroom to fit large seats front-to-back.

If you plan to use both the second and third rows for passengers simultaneously, I recommend using a compact car seat in the second row to preserve third-row legroom.

Examples of compact seats include:

  • Graco Extend2Fit 3 in 1
  • Nuna Rava
  • Britax Poplar

Third Row Space & Access

The third row has two full-size seats and can comfortably fit:

  • Adults
  • Children in boosters
  • Children in car seats

Rear-facing seats fit, but they must be compact.

To access the third row, use the car-seat-tilt feature, which moves the seat up and forward without compromising a car seat installed with LATCH. Of course, this also works with no car seat installed.

A rotating car seat is a great option here so even a rear-facing seat can take advantage of car-seat tilt.

Car seats that rotate and have higher lower anchor weight limits in rear-facing mode include:

  • Evenflo Revolve360 Slim
  • Graco EasyTurn360

These seats are also compatible in a three-across configuration next to a narrow, low-profile, forward-facing car seat in the center, like the Graco SlimFit3 LX.

Car Seats That Are NOT Compatible

Any forward-facing harnessed seat or booster seat that:

  1. Requires a head restraint
  2. Does not permit a gap caused by a head restraint

This is less of a problem in the second row since the head restraints are relatively flush to the seat, particularly in the center position.

However, the third-row head restraints are extremely bulky when not removed for a car or booster seat installation.

Can You Use Lower Anchors & Seat Belt Together?

Another common question is whether the lower anchors and seat belt may be used together if the car seat permits it.

Yes — if the car seat permits using both lower anchors and the seat belt, VW also permits it.

At the time of this writing, the only car seats that permit this are:

  • Nuna Pipa
  • Clek Foonf (forward-facing)
  • babyark
  • Axkid One3

This car did not function well for my family. I had 3 kids in carseats, 1 rear facing and 2 forward facing. I had the captain's chair model and I barely had enough room to fit my BOB stroller and diaper bag in the trunk with the 3rd row up.

Because of Kelly and Sam our Atlas has been fantastic for our three across setup. It’s been a great family car that we all fit in so comfortably. It’s our first SUV purchase but our fourth VW. My only complaint is we have trouble with the Apple CarPlay randomly disconnecting frequently and then wanting you to get on WiFi to reset and it doesn’t work. It’s working great for our family with kids 6, 3 and 10m!!

I loveeeee my atlas!! We have two littles in rear facing car seats but often have my nieces and nephews (also in car seats) or other passengers with us and the set up is so easy and so versatile! Accessing the third row to set up a car seat is so easy from either the trunk or with the car seat tilt! I wanted captains chairs at first just for the extra space for accessing the third row but now I am so happy we did a bench seat as it has allowed us to take even more kids and do three across so easily (even with bulky car seats like the doona). The tech is good, I just wish there were physical knobs for the climate controls. The drive is so smooth! We have the heated and cooled seats which in our hot climate is sooo nice to have! Overall just love it and love that we can continue to grow our family with it since we want at least 1-2 more kids!

The most comfortable car for my family of four. We just completed a 4000 mile cross country road trip and fit all of the stuff we needed and didn’t feel like we were being swallowed by it. I wish the gas mileage was a little better but I appreciate the power of the V6. The sunroof is dreamy and wireless Apple CarPlay is a game changer!

We are loving our Atlas. We went from an Acura RDX. After looking at a variety of full size SUVs and Mid-size SUVs. This best suits our needs. Between the space in the second , and third row, to the trunk space , to the overall look. The atlas has it all. On top of having way more affordable payments ; the atlas has been driving great & given me all the bells and whistles I had in my Acura without the price tag of my previous vehicle.

I originally test drove an Atlas as a rental with 1 child (rear facing), and I honestly didn't stop thinking about her after I drove it! It was very hard transitioning after we got home back to my Ford Escape that we owned at the time. What sold me on the Atlas was the versatility. I was not ready for a full size (either mentally or budget wise), and the mini van life was currently not for me. After the birth of our second child, and having two rear facing car seats, my husband said we HAD to get rid of the Escape. We didn't even consider an Atlas at first (despite my previous great experience renting!), but after doing some research we decided to test drive. The second row leg room is truly the star of the show. My husband used to complain about being a "monkey humping a football" in the Escape with a rear facing car seat behind him. Then, we drove the Atlas. He started moving the seat back to test drive and kept asking if he was touching the seat back. The look on his face when he was at a comfortable spot without touching the seat! He was sold. What I love about the car is the trunk space (with the third row down we have SO much space!), cupholders in the front, safety features (adaptive cruise is a must), and all the space in the car. The light interior really makes the car feeling airy. Now, planning for baby #3, one of the biggest selling points for me was the bench seat compatibility with three across. While I haven't done it yet, I know it will work. I did fit three rear facing car seats (two in the 3rd row, 1 in the second, using the car seat tilt to get myself in and out) for a week and it worked beautifully. Currently, we have a Britax Poplar (forward facing) and a Britax Advocate (rear facing) installed beautifully with space. My infant seat was a Chicco Keyfit 35 (now Max). All seats have fit perfectly with space to spare. The Atlas is an amazing family car and I know it will serve my family well over the next few years!

I was shocked how much I liked this car. It's like the Car Mom knows what she's talking about! I liked the exterior of the car and I was so impressed by the interior. It felt spacious without feeling like I was driving a huge vehicle. Previously, I've only had sedans. The drive felt smooth and had plenty of get up and go when I needed it. I do not like the lack of ceiling vents especially being in the season of rear facing car seats. I ultimately decided to go with a previous generation Honda Odyssey for the sliding doors and ceiling vents. I don't regret my decision for the current stage of life I'm in, but the Atlas is still on my list of cars when I am ready to get something new.

When it was time for a new car, I looked at Kelly’s page for her favorites. I had not paid attention to the Atlas but put it on the list I was coming from a 2 row SUV but wanted something bigger for having cousins around. My husband is tall so having decent leg room in the back was important for when the kids grow up. The Atlas drive smoothly. I still find it a bit big to get right in parking spots on the first try. We’ve taken it on a couple of road trips and enjoyed the space. Kids are comfortable in the second row. Third row isn’t quite as comfortable as the second row but it’s better than my parents’ Lexus GX. Happy with the purchase!

I cannot recommend this car. Although it is structurally sound, it is an electronic nightmare. Starting at 7000 miles, it started throwing errors and glitching. The screen would turn off and on. Factory settings would reset. The main computer of the car was replaced three times with no fix. The car would randomly turn on and play music when the doors were locked and no keys were inside. We are currently in the process of the lemon law and awaiting a check from VW. The saving grace is that they almost always approve the lemon law and the process was very easy.

I got an Atlas based on Kelly’s review of it years ago. I absolutely love it. It has just the right amount of tech for me - still has knobs for temperature control, volume, etc. not an overly complicated steering wheel. I have the captain chairs in the second row. Definitely love this set up for two kids. Will have to move my oldest to the 3rd row when we have another kid, but for now it’s perfect! We do a couple big trips a year with a family of 4 + a dog and it’s a very comfortable ride! It drives great - I really haven’t had any issues with the car! My only complaint is there are no ceiling vents in the 2nd row. Maybe something Kelly mentioned in her earlier reviews, but not something I was paying attention to when we got this (pre-kids!) Overall, 10/10 recommend. I have told several friends with kids to get this car and they also love it!!

I love my Atlas! I’m 36 and have owned all VWs (Jetta for 6 years, Passat for 10 years, and Atlas for 1 year) - and I have never had any serious issues! The Atlas is by far my favorite though - beautiful, smooth ride, easy tech, and has more than enough space!

We had our Atlas for 2.5 years and really loved it! We had the bench seat which was so clutch when we brought our second kiddo home because I could very easily sit between them in the middle seat for long rides. I will say we rarely used the 3rd row because with 2 RF kids, access was extremely tough through the trunk. Loved the look of the car and the solid feel. Also it drove like more of a car (very smooth and didn’t feel as big as it is on the road), which was nice since this was our first 3rd row vehicle. It had some janky tech things but that’s VW for you lol. No major issues in the 2.5 years we owned it!

This is my second Atlas. I had a 2022 with captains chairs that I bought when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. A few years later when we were having our 4th we decided to buy a new Atlas with a bench. We knew we loved the Atlas and weren’t quite ready to go for something as big as the expedition or other full size SUVs. At first I thought Kelly did me dirty with the bench recommendation. She is a big fan of the bench and I knew that having an extra seat would be beneficial now that we would have 4 kids. At first, we all hated it! It was a little bit of an adjustment where the kids in the back couldn’t get out as easily without having to tilt one of the seats to exit. I thought we made a huge mistake in trading in our captains chair Atlas for the bench seat. Now that my 4th baby is here, I can honestly say it was the BEST decision. We have used the extra seat enough that it was definitely worth it. My two older kids need to be able to get out of the car on the passenger side at school drop off. I bought the Joie mint latch car seat and put my baby in the middle seat when we do pick up/drop offs. Then my two big kids in the back can easily hop out of the car from the 3rd row without any other kids being in the way. Overall, love the vehicle. This being our second Atlas, we have had no issues with maintenance/repairs other than basic oil changes/regular maintenance. Highly recommend and if you have 4 kids and don’t want to have to make the switch to a minivan or a full size SUV, this is a great option!

We love this car for the space and comfort and a very nice upgrade from an older suv (2015 CX5). It performs great as a family hauler and we frequently take this on 7+ hour road trips in Western Canada. We went against the CarMom and did Captains Chairs - turns out the Captains chairs work great for us as the dog sleeps on the floor between the chairs. Unfortunately it needed a new transmission & heater core at only 6000km (3700miles) and no lemon laws in Canada. After the car being back at the dealership for 2.5months while repairs were being made we are not trusting the long term reliability of this vehicle unfortunately. We have only had the car for 14months and since its repairs have had no further issues. But the repairs have definitely affected our trade in value unfortunately and we did have very poor customer service from VW Canada.

This is a great car for families. With two kids and a large dog joining our family soon, we needed something with plenty of space for everyone. It’s roomy enough for carpools to kids’ sports and family road trips, with enough cargo space that we don’t have to add a cargo box. It’s been a great fit for our family and gives us the flexibility we were looking for.

Love this car as a family of 4 plus a standard Goldendoodle. We put our dog in the third row (plenty of room for him - 70 lbs), have our toddler in front facing and infant in rear facing in second row. Roomy enough for a grandparent to sit in the middle of our bench seat. We can fit stroller and bags in the trunk (with dog) by folding one side of the third row down. My only qualm is the tech stack can sometimes glitch. We use Apple car play so it doesn’t matter quite as much. Overall, highly recommend!

The trunk space is the best! You can fit a 6 month old highland cow although they poop a lot and I wouldn't highly recommend. The 1 month old in a kennel was better. Also can barely fit 2 dog kennels for 50lb dogs and enough stuff for a long weekend ozarks trip with 2 adults and 2 kids. Only downside are no ceiling vents and I don't like the air conditioning being on the screen. I'd rather have knobs. My kids have enough space. I can fit 5 car seats for when we have friends with us. Third row is totally fine for adults. Drives great! Haven't had any issues. Love my car!

I have 4 kids- they were 12, 10, 8 and 5 when I got my Atlas. One in a booster and one in a carseat. I wanted to move to a SUV from my Honda Odyssey, but didn't want anything huge/full size. I absolutely love the Atlas- the outside, the interior (the woodgrain on the dash is my favorite part), and the fact that there is room for big kids in the back seat. My only downfall for the Atlas (if you have a big family) is that it's pushing it with 4 kids if you travel a lot. For day to day, it is absolutely perfect, but every time we go on a trip we wish we had something a little bigger! Overall, I still love my Atlas, and plan on keeping it until it's time for an upgrade in a few years!

If you are a car mom follower we all know the wonderful things about the Atlas! I absolutely love almost everything about this vehicle. The 2nd row bench seat, car seat friendly tilt, space, and versatility. As a mom of three (ages 3-8), the atlas has been an ideal car for our family without having to jump into the full sized market. We have used 3 Graco Slimfit 3 LX for 3 across and my children had plenty of space! My critiques: I would love automatic brights, the trunk button on the driver side door took me a bit to understand (you must hold the button in order to close from the driver seat), the 2nd row vents- come on!!, and then my final change I would make would be a digital review mirror. With a high backed booster in the middle seat or other car seats, a digital rear view mirror would make a great addition to safety and visibility with kids in tow.

I got my Atlas 11 months ago and have loved it! I bought it after owning a minivan and was nervous about how I would feel about the space difference in the interior. I have been very pleased with the space inside - it works perfectly day-to-day for our family of 5 (6 yrs and older) and a dog. For travel we use a car top carrier when needed. The Apple Carplay is so nice and love the technology/functionality as a driver. We have the captains chairs in the second row and love that. I do wish we had 3 seats in the 3rd row to give us a little more flexibility when driving friends, etc. Very pleased with the amount of leg space in all three rows and the car is pretty wide so that gives a lot of room as well. My only complaint is I wish there were more cup holders in the first row and cup holder options for the second row outside of the ones in the door. The trunk space is amazing. We almost always have our third row up and I have plenty of room! Also LOVE the compartments on either side of the trunk for a watermelon, my reusable grocery bags, etc.

I love my atlas and knew from Kelly’s reviews that I would be buying this car years before I actually needed it. I bought this when pregnant with my third- when 37 weeks my husband, 2 kids and I were hit head on - the atlas kept us all safe. It performed exactly as it should have and I am eternally grateful that my kids and baby were OK. The car was totaled and I immediately went to the same salesman and bought another of the same car but in the pike trim level. I now have a 5 year old, 3 year old and 10 month old all across the bench seat in the middle row and leave the third row down for the extra trunk space. Having that extra space to safely store our beach stuff, etc has been amazing. I’ve had adults in the 3rd row as well and it’s tight for leg room but still comfortable!

Love love love my atlas! This is my third one, and I have a hard time imagining I will drive anything else. It’s extremely roomy, it seems that it’s much wider than others in its class. My friends always comment on how it feels so much bigger than their comparable cars like (jeep/traverse) My one girlfriend who drives a Escalade said it felt roomier than her car. Ha! I also love the bench seat/third row options. My kids mostly ride three across so I have the back down and a huge trunk.. and when we carpool I just pop the seats up and bam! Seven seater just like that..! I have very little negative things to say, only that the Apple car play connection can be wonky at times and my car hates my husband bc it always glitches for him. The only other things I don’t like is the newer models got rid of the sunglass storage overhead. & my car doesn’t have auto hold! I don’t need the forward facing camera per se bc the sensors and images are straight forward… but I would take it if I had the option! All over a wonderful car… a lot of car for midsize and affordable. Leasing from VW is also superior then leasing from Ford!!

This has been the perfect car for our currently family age and size (kids 6, 4, and 2 — and we have driven it for 2 years). It works well to have three across the bench, for an extra spacious trunk (seriously, huge), and it also works well to have one kid in the back, with some extra breathing room in the second row for everyday use. The car seat tilt is helpful, though the kid in the back typically ends up climbing over the seat or through the trunk. We have used and love Diono car seats in this car. (When I had an infant, we had two Diono + a DOONA, and fit comfortably three across. For reference, this combination did NOT work three across for many other mid-size SUV’s we test drove). The interior is good quality, but some is made with a lot of plastic (some small accessory pieces have broken). The leatherette has held up well, and we have pushed it to its limit with embedded crumbs, spilled drinks, etc. Since we have owned the car, we have had to replace the fuel pump (at about 90k miles). This car is extremely comfortable, and a perfect fit for a family of three small children.

Amazing car seat tilt option made getting into third row easy with two rear facing kiddos. Didn’t love that the vents did not come from ceiling however didn’t feel like it took too long to cool down a black car in peak summer heat. The AWD drove amazing in snow and adaptive windshield wipers were nice perks. For being “top” package, didnt have lumbar control, but nice heated/cooled seats in front and heated seats in second row (didn’t really use that since two car seats). Could fit family if 4 easily and had a tailgate hitch attachment for longer drives for luggage (6 hour drives) and never felt like it was too small of a space!

I love the VW Atlas! The updates that they made are great. I previously drove a 2018 Atlas for 7 years. Cup holders are great. Lots of cubby storage. Fits HOCKEY bags!! I love how it drives. The updated lane assist can be annoying - it’s very sensitive and will beep if you aren’t driving in the center of the lane. It can be shut off but then you don’t get lane assist. So mine is on! Overall great car for families! I bought one 2x!

I LOVE this car. I got it with the bench so I can have all three of my daughters in the 2nd row. It has fit three across with all different types of car seats (Evenflo Shyft/Doona, two convertible car seats, etc.). We often travel to my in laws four hours away. We can have all three kids, our 120 pound dog and our luggage and can fit comfortably. I have influenced 4 moms to get an Atlas because of how much I love it.

We love our VW Atlas! Cup holders are great. When we had our 3rd in June it was easy to move out lit oldest to the back and I can easily access her to help buckling if needed with the car seat tilt. Trunk space is great, we can fit our double vista in the back and pack for a weekend at the cabin. We’ll likely add a roof rack for longer trips eventually. Overall, it’s a great car!

We absolutely love our VW Atlas! The space is one of the biggest reasons we chose it, and it has been great for our family. We have two kids and two dogs, and there is still plenty of room for everyone. We have two large rotating car seats in the second row, and both the front and second-row passengers still have plenty of legroom. We’ve even taken it on a 12-hour road trip with both kids, and the space made a huge difference. With the third row folded down, the trunk is incredibly spacious and gives us plenty of room for luggage, strollers, groceries, and everything else that comes with traveling with kids. Reliability has also been great for us. We keep up with regular maintenance and have had no issues, which has given us a lot of confidence in the vehicle. My only real complaint is the technology. Every once in a while, the screen will randomly shut off and I have to restart it, which can be frustrating. Aside from that, we have been extremely happy with our Atlas and would absolutely consider getting another one in the future.

Upgraded from a small sedan and this handles rain/snow conditions incredibly well which was necessary for our rural driveway. Have fit three across frequently but typically drive with two Graco 4Ever DLX on outboard seats leaving plenty of room for adult passenger in middle seat. Great cup holder access in front seats including in doors- fit large width bottles well. Love the motorized sunroof shade and second row window shades. Third row pretty accessible with car seat tilt and large trunk space with third row down. After being concerned about reliability as a new car model, it has only had minor recalls which were easy fixes. My gymnast daughter has really started appreciating the second row heated/ventilated after practice seats now that she’s in a backless booster! This trim has larger tires so that was quite an expense to replace. Love the remote options in the app as we just sold a house and frequently had to drive around to kids sports with three dogs loaded for showings. Gave me peace of mind knowing they were nice and cool by seeing it was running in the app. See first photo 🐶

A great option for someone who is resistant to go into a minivan 😅 fantastic head, shoulder and leg room! 3rd row comfortable enough for 2 adults! With the 3rd row down, the trunk is very spacious, great for road trips and Costco runs 😅 Super easy to drive and park, especially compared to a full-sized SUV. Very practical car that feels super cool too 😎

We leased this car and really enjoyed the space and look of the Atlas. Its a beautiful car and it drives great. What we didn’t enjoy was that the carplay feature kept malfunctioning and sometimes the screen would turn off for a few seconds and restart. I am not sure that I would purchase this vehicle but as a lease we really loved it. Had 2 rear facing car seats for a year and now we have our front facing son in the third row which he enjoyed and a rear facing car seats for our youngest in the captain chairs. We left a captain chair available for grandparent because the third row isn’t as comfortable and with the Texas heat we felt it took a long time to get cool in the very back.

I love this car. It has great leg room in the second row. With the third row down, the trunk space is huge. I like that I will be able to fit three car seats across the bench seat and still have the third row down to maintain large trunk space. If I want to use the third row I can access it with the car seat tilt so forward facing car seats can remain installed in the outboard seat. My issues with the car is it isn’t the smoothest ride. I’m used to driving an Audi which you can feel the difference in the drive. I also wish there were physical buttons for climate control. And the infotainment center can be glitchy and need to reboot in the middle of driving which is very annoying. I’ve tried to have this serviced but the dealership was unsuccessful with fixing it, so I’m hoping the next system update will clear the bug. I also feel like the climate control isn’t the best, don’t love the positioning of the vents.

I love the way my Atlas looks and feels! It’s comfortable, spacious and has a luxurious feel without being the highest end vehicle. The AC has been great during the hot AZ summer as well as the bonus window shades that are included in the 2nd row doors. It has a lot of fancy tech which is super fun including ambient lighting that can be personalized. It’s already been perfect for our family of 4. We are looking forward to many road trips and being able to transport a couple additional passengers as our kids get older.

We moved up from a Tiguan once we had our second daughter, and we are so obsessed with this car. I’d give it a 5 star review if we didn’t have so many issues with the technology. I live in AZ, so the remote start was a huge sell for me and it is not reliable AT ALL. We have a ton of issues with the car okay, and overall just feels like things glitch out more than they should. With that being said, I still love this card despite the issues and am obsessed with the Peak edition and how sporty it looks.

As a mom of two under 3 and a 50-lb dog, the space in the Atlas has been a huge plus for our family. I love how it drives — it’s comfortable, smooth, and easy to handle for a 3-row SUV. The second-row space is excellent for car seats, and I especially love how wide the doors open, making it so much easier to get the kids in and out. The 3rd row is surprisingly comfortable, and with it folded down, the trunk space is HUGE — plenty of room for our stroller, dog, groceries, and everything else that comes with little kids. We’ve also had some frustrating issues, including multiple infotainment screen problems, a horn fuse issue, and sunroof touch sensors that needed to be replaced. I also wish the infotainment buttons were illuminated, especially for nighttime driving. Overall, despite the issues, I’ve really enjoyed the Atlas. We’re currently leasing it and are actually considering buying it out because the size, space, comfort, and practicality work so well for our family. As a daily driver, it checks a lot of boxes for me.

The atlas was on my short list when purchasing a new suv. I liked the space and the drive, I liked that it had quite a lot of features on the lower model. I also liked that it had two more comfortable seats in the back, instead of trying to squeeze in a third seat that isn’t functional. The things that held me back from purchasing was a lack of ceiling vents in the back and the exterior, it looks like it has for a long time. I was also concerned about the long term reliability as I feel like Volkswagen has mixed reviews. I ended up purchasing a traverse.

Within a month of owning this car, it was in the shop getting the engine replaced. This summer the windshield wipers started going hay wire and it had to go back into the shop to get a new part replaced. I'm also having issues with my key fob and some antenna and it'll need to go back into the shop for a 3rd time. I got a new car so that I didn't have to deal with this type of thing. But after less than 2 years of ownership, I'm more than ready to trade this car in.

Love the second row space. Wish it had AC vents. Tech has been spotty- back up camera flashes black but I’ve brought it into dealership and they can’t find a problem

I absolutely love the Atlas for my 2 kids. We have the bench and are planning on having a third soon. I will definitely be doing 3 across (currently have 1 FF and 1 RF). I thought The lack of ceiling vents would be too tough for my RF kids in central Florida but it cools so well and so fast. Remote start helps on extra warm days, but doesn’t always work. I do wish there were more buttons, which is why I can’t give 5 stars for tech. Not being able to adjust climate control easily and having to use the screen while driving is super frustrating. The wireless Apple car play also malfunctions every so often. I love everything else about it though. It’s a great fit for my family.

We are a small family but my husband is 6’5 and this is our main family car. We love that he can sit comfortably in the second row! We mainly keep the third row down for groceries, etc… but have used it a a few times when family was in town. I’m 5’5 and it is doable as long as it is a short distance!

Extremely impressed with the amount of space inside the car. Another point that stuck out to me was lower anchoring the middle seat of the second row. Game changer!

The things I disliked about the Atlas far outnumber the things I liked. I sold this vehicle to CarMax after owning it just over a year. I drive a lot of miles every day so while these things can sound small to some people, they were dealbreakers for me and my driving needs. Pros: car seat tilt/easy 3rd row access, decent trunk with 3rd row up, 2nd and 3rd row comfort, built in sunshades Cons: not nearly enough buttons/too much screen technology therefore VERY distracting and unsafe while driving, piano black finishes were blinding when the sun was just right, no dipstick to check oil (can purchase after market), apple carplay very glitchy, no ceiling vents for 2nd row, VW maintenance/shop was never helpful or quick.

Wish we would’ve gotten a bench vs the captain chairs. When we got the car we had 2 kids so it was fine; when we had to start using the 3rd row we lost a lot of trunk space. Also really wish it would have ceiling vents in the 2nd & 3rd row and ventilated seats for the driver & passenger in front. The 3rd row also does not have lower anchors.

This car is everything I wanted in a “mom car!” Bench is wide enough for three across. I have had a variety of seats across the bench and never had an issue. My current set up is a Chicco MyFit in the middle with rear facing Chicco Fit3X seats on both sides of it. I have also had three rear facing in a Doona on the passenger side and two Graco SlimFit LX in the other seats. I’ve done a few other short-term combos but I’ve done long-term with both of these setups and it’s been great! The second row also has a lot of front-to-back space which is wonderful for rear facing seats. The second row is on tracks which is great if you have third row passengers and need more leg room. I love the built in sunshades and car seat tilt! The bench is a 60/40 split. I rarely need the third row but it is great to have when I do need it! I have put two forward facing car seats in the third row multiple times with no problems. I have plenty of trunk space with the third row down! Things I wish I had: Ventilated seats. I have the SEL trim. At the time I bought my Atlas, the trim level with ventilated seats was another $10k and it wasn’t worth it to me. Better cup holders in the second row. Better ventilation in the second row. Ceiling vents would be wonderful. The vents and climate control are on the console and my forward facing 6 year old in the middle seat is always kicking them. Issues I’ve had: The only issue I had was summer of 2025 after 4 years of owning it). I had an issue with the charcoal canister which led to an issue with my gas tank. It didn’t prevent me from driving it. I actually drove it with issues for a couple months before I even took it to the dealership. It would just sometimes turn off if I was driving really slowly (like backing out of a parking space). The fix was covered under warranty, thankfully. Overall, this car has been wonderful for the stage of life we are in. I bought it when I was pregnant with my second and I now have a 6, 5 and 3 year old.

Lots of pros! Cons would be the technology and the no ceiling vents in the second row. Honestly might trade in on this alone (live in the south)

I've had this car since my kids were toddlers and they are now 6 and 7. It has been a fantastic car for our family. We rarely use the third row, so it's always down, which offers a ton of trunk space. If we need the third row, it is spacious enough for adults to sit in. I wish this car had storage under the front center console for my purse. But, overall, the car drives great, handles well in snow, and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend as a family car and would consider getting another Atlas as my next car.

I absolutely love my Atlas! I’ve only had it for about three months, but I can honestly say it’s my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned. I love how much space it has and the way everything is laid out inside. It feels roomy without feeling like I’m driving a bus! I also love that it feels luxurious but still cool and sporty at the same time. And it’s just pretty! I still find myself looking back at it when I park. 😂 I had a VW Tiguan before my Atlas and put over 100,000 miles on it without a single problem, so I felt really good about sticking with Volkswagen. I loved my Tiguan, but I wanted more space, and the Atlas has been exactly what I was looking for. It’s comfortable, fun to drive, has plenty of room for everyone and all of our stuff, and still feels like a car I actually enjoy driving instead of just a practical family SUV. Three months in and I’m still obsessed with it!

So far this car checks all the boxes for our family! Roomy second (bench seat) and third row. Looks sharp. Only down side is that majority is touch screen no nobs or buttons so that takes some getting used to!

Overall, we’ve been really happy with our 2025 VW Atlas! The interior is spacious and comfortable, and it’s incredibly flexible when it comes to car seats, which is a huge plus with young kids. We have had a few issues with the infotainment system glitching, and I really wish it had ceiling vents for better airflow to the little ones in the back. Despite those few drawbacks, it’s been a great, comfortable family SUV for us.

I absolutely love my Atlas. It’s sporty and has a very smooth drive. The second row bench is very comfortable with lots of good amenities. Third row access is easy and the two seats back there are super comfortable. I can easily sit in the third row as a 5 ft 5 in adult. We are a family of 5 and travel often. The cargo space behind the third row is big enough for multiple suitcases and bags. One safety feature I love is the ability to lock and unlock individual and all doors from each of the four doors. It’s so convenient! The app is super helpful to be able to unlock and remote start from there. Highly recommend for families! Pic of my pup enjoying the bench seat! :)

This was my dream car - from the moment VW announced it I wanted it! The space inside was dreamy, and I loved the way she looked. However, we found ourselves disappointed for a few reasons. First of all, the seats are very hard and they were comfortable day to day, but we found ourselves in pain on long car trips. Next, we fell victim to a VW that shut off while driving -- they apparently had a fix for it, but we traded it before they announced this because we were terrified to drive it. The faux leather stains easily, and finally, it's *very* difficult to preform work on this vehicle yourself. If you or your spouse is someone who likes to work on vehicles, I would not recommend a VW!

We got this car before we had any kids but it’s been the best decision we ever made. We’ve been able to transport our daughter along with friends and their kids, our dogs, etc. No one has ever complained about being uncomfortable and in fact frequently says how surprised they are with the comfort. By far my favorite car I’ve ever owned.

We love this car for size (7 passenger), storage, comfort, and price range! We have 2 kids currently, but it will fit our growing family. The trunk storage is excellent. And we were able to get a <10k miles 2025 used one for under $35k. The only changes I’d make is no ceiling air vents in the 2nd row, and the infotainment technology screen, there is no “buttons” to easily press for let’s say climate or music volume controls. Just the screen. (We got the pure gray exterior and tan leather interior, but the avocado green pearl exterior is so pretty!)

I feel the Volkswagen atlas was extremely underwhelming. I had heard great things about it and was excited for the 3rd row. I traded my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a brand new Altas and immediately regretted it. The legroom was decent and interior was nice BUT the car had absolutely no power. I felt like I was driving a sedan or a mini-van as opposed to a SUV. The engine struggled and made a whining noise when going up the smallest hill. It also had an issue with the steering column, more than once (took over a month for the parts because many atlas’ had this same issue). I’m not sure if I just had a lemon, but out of every vehicle I’ve owned this was/is my least favorite.

When we had our 3rd baby in 2021 we had to trade in our Volvo for more car seat room. I had been following your account and we chose a used Atlas based on your reviews and suggestion! I was literally at home nursing the baby and told my husband “go out and find an Atlas or else we can’t all ride together in one car!” He did just that and here we are with it 5 years later. :) On the hunt now for a used Armada now that our kids are “big.” Thanks for your great, relatable content!

This is such a great car. I toured lots of cars, and this was the biggest and most spacious midsize SUV. I am always surprised how big it is on the inside in comparison to some of the other cars in the same size. Some of the tech is a little average. For example, it’s got tire pressure sensors, but it won’t tell you what tire specifically is low. There is also a lot of beeping from the sensors around the car while driving. It likes to pick up on some of the painted lines on the ground and think it’s another car. But I would much rather it tell me there’s something there than not! My biggest complaint about the car is the brake noise. My brakes have been squeaking and making sounds since the first few weeks of having it. Going on five years, it’s still making the same noise. Apparently it’s the kind of brakes that they use and this noise is common. I was told moving to a ceramic brake will stop the noise. Also, because of the brakes that are on the car, they shake a lot when you brake on the highway. Overall, we absolutely love this car. It drives really well and is very comfortable. It’s got plenty of space for our family of four and still have plenty of trunk space. The third row is pretty comfortable and even has vents.

We just bought a 2026 Peak Edition and also own a 2018 SE with Tech! The upgrades in the 2026 are dreamy 😍😍. Thanks to Kelly I went into the car dealership coffee in hand and ready to go. I was torn between the Peak Edition and the SEL. They showed me the Peak first and I was in LOVE! Honestly I don’t know why they add all that wood paneling to the SEL. It’s giving 90s station wagon to me. We were fine without the heads up display and heated second row seats (we have two kids in car seats) and the lower price point was a bonus. The interior does feel smaller compared to the 2018 but still is perfection. My kids are both in forward facing car seats and have plenty of space! I love the extra cargo space under the center console. I also thought that moving from a shifter to a button was going to be a much bigger deal than it was!

I had a 2023 fresh bought off the lot brand spanking new atlas SEL black R Line. I LOVEEEDDD this car. In 2025 I started getting a light on my dashboard saying there was something wrong with the airbag. Then I got a notice recall in the mail. Took it in, they “fixed” it. Wash rinse repeat for FOUR MORE TIMES. I got the VW company involved. (This was in August, now September) they opened a “ticket” so the engineers in Germany at Volkswagen would tell them how to fix it because they had tried three other times and it did not work. So they ordered the same parts and obviously it didn’t work. 2 weeks later, same light came on. I was told this car was not safe to drive and to trade it in. I did so and was granted 7500 trade assist (which I’m told is rare to receive that much.) the VW dealership (mostly the GM, jacob) in cool springs TN worked his magic and got my a brand new 2026 atlas SEL premium R line. With the new 2027 coming out they were running a deal and I was able to get my car for 386$ a month (traded in my car plus the assistance they gave me and the price of my old car- which they gave me max they could on KBB(!!!) and they promised they wouldn’t sell the car because it was deemed unsafe. Basically if I was in a wreck the airbag wouldn’t go out because the car couldn’t sense if I was in the car or not (even when it was running). I LOVED my car- it was paid off- it was a LEMON (even though it was 2 yr old when it started having this issue). But the major VW worked to get me into a new safe car- y’all- I highly recommend it. Were they avoiding a law suit? Probably. But they gave me the most they could to get me in a new car that was safe. Atlas are extremely highly rated for safety. This was a rare occurrence. I highly recommend the ATLAS! Even with all my issues I had. :)

I truly love this car, there is so much space. The biggest downfall to this car is not having ceiling vents! With the captain chairs, it does allow air to flow pretty well, but that’s still something that can definitely be improved with! It tows our pop up camper and boat like a rockstar (pop up, as long as you don’t go about 65). We have never had any issues with it and it’s our main family vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Atlas is a super comfortable, spacious car. We have a 1 year old baby and it works very nice for our growing family. We put a car seat in the middle of second row, and that allows to still have so much room on the second and third rows. We took the car on a long road trip and it performed perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Love my 21 Atlas! Bought brand new after watching The Car Mom’s review. At the time, I only had one kid, but now have two and it’s been great! Has plenty room in the second row. Very reliable and fits our family well!

This car has been a dream. It has seen us from car seats to teenagers and accommodated every stage. It would have been 5 stars across the board, but I deducted for lack of back/3rd row air vents. Otherwise, it is perfect. It still feels sporty with acceleration, turn radius, and a solid sound system (I have the base trim, too), but also feels big enough to comfortably fill er’ up! Children, adults, everyone fits comfortably with every seating combo we’ve tried. The trunk space with the 3rd row up is plenty, and generous with the 3rd row down. With standard maintenance we’ve had ZERO repairs/issues. We love our Atlas-highly recommend!

We love this car! We have 2 children (age 6 - high back booster & 18 months - rear facing convertible). There is so much room in this car. We usually have the 3rd row down but it provides good truck space when we put it up. We have taken this car on many road trips and have had zero issues.

I bought my VW Atlas the first year it was available in 2018 and I still have it 8 years later. I have been toting around the max amount of kids, with 2 booster seats in the 3rd row, and a booster and two rear facing in the 2nd row. I have also in the past been able to fit 3 forward facing car seats in the 2nd row! The seat tilt makes it super easy for the kids to get into the back. The trunk space allows me to fit a large double stroller and a couple fold up chairs at the same time. I LOVE THIS CAR!! I would 100% purchase this car again. I love the way the newer models look on the exterior, but the older ones (mine) still look very modern and not outdated. This car has been very reliable over the years, except for ONE issue. There was a problem with the 2018s (and maybe 2019s?) where the water pumps were cracking and the coolant would leak. This was a huge pain as the dealership said it would take months to fix at that time. I could not be without a car, so I paid to have it fixed elsewhere. That is my only complaint, but since it was fixed everything has been perfect. This is the perfect mom car for any families with anywhere from 1-5 kids that need to be in car seats!

The interior is very roomy, good space in second and third rows. Trunk space for a stroller with the third row up! My biggest complaint is there are no ceiling air vents in the back rows.

Great car for lots of kids. We fit 3 car seats across the second row bench and can fit an additional two people in the 3rd row. Trunk space is great! Good visibility!

It is truly the best! A big SUV for all things your family does, without the feeling of driving a bus! Even with the third row up, there’s usable and functional trunk space. The car seat tilt is next level and allows my kiddos to get in and out on their own easily; even in the carpool line! From family (of 5) vacations, sports practices and games, school carpool, and everything in between, there’s room for everything and everyone.

I loved the way the Atlas looked and how it functioned for car seats in the second row. We rarely used the third row so we had lots of trunk space. Unfortunately that’s all the positives I have for the Atlas. I hated the technology. It would ding all the time, the navigation never worked (it would say I was in Missouri when I was in Kentucky), the brakes were noisy. I was excited to trade it in this summer and don’t miss anything about it!

This has been my favorite car. When we bought this we had two kids and it had plenty of room. It’s been on vacations to Gulf Shores (13 hr. drive) and Gatlinburg (10 hr. drive) and the car drove well and everyone was comfortable. Que a surprise pregnancy in June of 2025. We now have a 7 month old in the mix. Our two oldest can squeeze in with the car seat in the second row, however, there isn’t much room left. We have been on several 2 hr road trips and everyone has been comfortable. Our middle is still in a booster so I’m not comfortable having her sit in the 3rd row and our oldest is a teen boy so he doesn’t fit well in the third row either. With the third row up we cannot fit the stroller into the trunk. So while we could use a SUV/van that offers a little more room now that we have three kids, we can still make that Atlas work for us for the time being until we are ready to upgrade.

I actually purchased my very first Atlas back when I first started following the car mom. She caught my attention on social media as she was currently driving an Atlas herself and I was in the market for a new car at the time. At that time I had a son who was a toddler and I had a newborn daughter and I was looking for a car that would grow with us. Even though I leased my car, I have at least two atlas so far and that has gotten me through five years of life with two kids. Current day, my son is almost 8 and my daughter just turned five and the car is still growing with us. Overall, I’m very happy with my Atlas and I do think that I will continue to leave. Alice is in the future. My only -2 the atlas is the third row. As my kids get older and we end up driving some of their peers. It is very hard to fit a booster seat in the third row of this car. However, my garage and land in general does not really accommodate a larger vehicle nor do I really feel the need to buy a larger vehicle just for the occasional trip with an additional child.

I LOVE my atlas. I have the bench seat SEL, it is a machine with kids. We can do three across with boosters and car seats in the second row if we need the full truck space, but the trunk space with the third row up is still great, plenty for soccer stuff, groceries or whatever daily activities you have. I do wish it had the camera in the rear view mirror when you have obstructed view and I wish the ambient lighting went into the third row but neither are deal breakers. I’d buy this car again a million times.

I love my atlas! In fact, this is my second one! The drive is smooth, 3 across on the bench fits easily with plenty of trunk space for 3 kids with the 3rd row down. Adults and kids can sit in the 3rd row quite comfortably! My only qualm is, as my kids have gotten older and seats must be installed with the belt rather than latch, I cannot utilize the seat tilt to access the 3rd row. This really affects how I view the car as we consider another child.

I watched the car mom reviews of every mid size SUV to find the one that best fit our family. I went with the atlas (r-line, black package) because it was roomier than most. Coming from a luxury vehicle, I found this car to be not quite as comfortable or quiet of a ride, but it definitely isn’t terrible, either. I love that the tech is up to date, I can use music streaming services right from my screen, no aux plug needed. I absolutely love the car seat tilt, making it easy for my teen to get into the back row. I also love the amount of cup holders, and if you’ve watched any car mom reviews, you know how a woman feels about her cup holders! There are a couple of things I really feel are missing on this model— air conditioned seats; I wish they’d come standard in 2023 like they are now. Ceiling vents for the 2nd row. The 3 row has them, so I don’t understand why the second row doesn’t. My rear facing child can’t get any air and he’s sweating in his car seat. Other than those two things, I really feel that this car is a great value for these times. It’s really a bonus that it’s also super cute and all the teenagers love it and make me feel like a cool mom driving it!

I have lived this car for the looks and size. I feel it drives sort of “clunky”. I also hate the infotainment- it’s glitchy. I also have the SEL Premium R Line (so all the bells and whistles) and again, it’s glitchy. It beeps at me every time I pull up to a stop light because it thinks the paint on the road lines is something I am too close to. So I’d recommend it based on size for a larger family if you’re not wanting a full size SUV, but be aware of its shortcomings.

TheCarMom videos and voting it family car of the year a bit ago rings true for so many considerations that serve our family well. Our family of 4 (2 kids) upgraded to carpool more, and knew we wanted to stay midsize SUV market for price, gas mileage, and not wanting to feel like driving a boat. Choose the bench everytime. Game changer. Second row comfortably fits three adults across so plenty of room for young kids. Ease of third row access car seat friendly tilt and by far one of the most comfortable third rows for two adults in it's midsize SUV class, and has side air vents back there! Grandparents climb back there (willingly) with our kids comfortably! Recommend trim level at least SE + Tech if you want to feel like you get more or at least what you pay for despite how expensive cars are these days. We were loaned a SE trim for few days and didn't realize how much the +Tech makes a difference! Ask a dealership to print the side by side trim comparison. Panoramic sunroof really opens up the vehicle. Great storage cubbies driver seat pass-through and on all doors. Climate control being within the touchscreen takes a bit of getting used to, and love customizable views within driver dashboard. Trunk with third row up fits mid grocery order just fine, with options to fold the third row down and have so much trunk space. Roof rails available for cargo storage on top. Volkswagen app lets you remote start car or lock/unlock from phone. But, maybe too much transparency and data in the app coming from someone who also owns and regularly drives a 2012 Toyota Rav4! Only con so far is gas mileage it seems to take conscious effort (at least at first) even while driving eco mode to accelerate slowly and coast to get the advertised 20 mpg combined. But, you can set it to show average mpg on the driver dashboard live as you drive, so makes for fun competition with my husband! Test drive it sometime, hope you enjoy and explore it if this is a contender for your next family car! Let it depreciate then buy it CPO!

WARNING- mechanical issues!!! Shortest amount of time I’ve ever owned a car. The car would shut completely off (blacked out screen and all) sometimes (*randomly!*) when I was in traffic and stopped… which is super scary on the interstate! Yikes! It did it when the auto stop/start was on, it did it when it was OFF, it did it with a full tank of gas, with a very low tank of gas, etc etc etc…. It was very random & very scary! Got rid of it as soon as I could. As for car seats, I don’t have any of my true car seats but here’s a cute photo of how baby doll seats fit in the third row if it helps anyone, haha!

I love my car! To the point where my 2021 Atlas was totaled and I bought a new 2025. I could not beat the size and features for the price of the vehicle. I am 5’10”, my husband is even taller, and we both fit comfortably in all rows. I have the bench seat in the middle row and I am so thankful for that as I leave my third row down most of the time. However, when I need it, I am grateful that the 3rd only has 2 seats vs trying to cram an unusable third seat back there. My only qualm with the vehicle is that the bar with the temp control inside the vehicle is not lit, so it takes several button pushes to be able to see climate changes in the dark. Not a deal breaker, but definitely annoying to me. This and ceiling vents would be the 2 things to make this vehicle even better. I love my car and truly if something were to happen to this car, I would still buy it again. Like I said it has every feature that I want and I don’t feel like paying for a full size SUV at this time!
