MINE IS ACTUALLY A 2021 - BUT THAT WASNT AN OPTION TO REVIEW. We bought it preowned because we wanted to test out how all electric worked for our family. The range is great and that function works wonderfully for us. We have fit three car seats in the back but did have to buy 3 slimfit lx in order to fit. We have since moved to 1 slimfit and 2 boosters and that also works well. My complaints about the car are SUPER nitpicky. I HATE that the car automatically turns off when the driver gets out of the seat (meaning there is no option to leave the car running in the driveway while you aren't in it). It also feels like driving a tank. I guess due to the battery, it is very heavy and you notice that when braking. Otherwise, the interior feels luxurious and has met our needs. My husband and I both agree we would likely not buy this exact version of the car again but would absolutely buy another all electric VW or even an ID.4 if the newer models are less clunky to drive. Overall though we have had NO issues and barely even any maintenance. We bought the car for a great deal and it has served us really well for a great value.
