2022 Ford Bronco

We have a Ford Bronco Wildtrak, and overall, it’s been a really fun vehicle to own. The sporty, rugged look is one of my favorite things about it—it definitely stands out from your typical family SUV. We originally had a soft top and eventually switched to a hard top. The difference in road noise is significant, and I much prefer the hard top for everyday driving. That said, there are a few things I miss about the soft top. You can completely take it down pretty much anywhere because the windows slide out and can be stored in the back, so you always have the option to go fully open. With the hard top, you’re limited to removing the front roof panels. The soft top windows were also difficult to slide in and out, and I was never a big fan of the plastic rear windows. For an off-road-focused vehicle, the Bronco actually rides surprisingly smoothly and is easy to maneuver in traffic. It’s comfortable enough for everyday driving, and we have two forward-facing car seats in ours. Even being on the taller side, we all have plenty of room. I also really like the smaller doors when you have kids—they don’t swing out very far, so when the kids fling a door open in a parking lot, there’s much less chance of it hitting the vehicle next to you. That’s a surprisingly helpful feature with small children! The swing-out rear door is probably my biggest practical complaint. You need a decent amount of space behind the vehicle to open it, so backing into tight parking spots isn’t always ideal. You also never quite know what has shifted around in the back and what might come tumbling out when you open the door! That said, the Bronco is just fun to drive. I love the rugged styling, capability, and the fact that it feels different from a typical family vehicle. It manages to be practical enough for our family while still feeling sporty and adventurous, which makes everyday driving a lot more enjoyable.

Absolutely love my Bronco! Down sides are the back seat is tight and it’s a soft top and can be very loud!

I love my ford bronco. It's the only way to do a convertible with three car seats in the back. It drives smoothly, looks SO cool, is just a fun car for date night or for running errands every day. It's pretty compact for parking but has enough room that you're not squished in the back. The trunk is a good size, can fit my double stroller, but I do have to take the wheels off my wonderfold wagon to fit it in the back. There are no rear vents, which I don't love for airflow. The backseat also can be tight with three car seats. Overall this is a great car and it's really family friendly.

It is great for a family of four! My 13 year old son has had plenty of leg room. When my son can be forward facing it will be even more comfortable!

This car is F.U.N but don’t get confused it’s not a luxury car! This is a harder and louder ride but has so many options and adding that make especially summer months more exciting! Two car seats can fit in the back but not a third. Seats are boat grade vinyl which get hot in summer but are great for messy kids and sticky fingers! Would buy again!

I rented this car while on work travel and it was a fun zippy car to drive for the week. I liked the infotainment and screens. Two days it rained heavily for a few minutes and I noticed that it felt like it was hydroplaning very easily. I didn’t like how it handled in the rain at all.
