Love my GLS 450 with AMG package. Works well for two kiddos and room for more. Rona is space in cargo with third row down. Feels sporty and luxe yet practical. Fun to drive. I wish tech/console area was more streamlined. Hey Mercedes function is amazing and works like Amazons Alexa. My husband is 6’6” and I’m 5’9” so this was the only option that worked with car seats and our height that wasn’t a Tahoe/suburban/Escalade/Navigator or expedition size. Also want to add that we live in MN so needed something that was great in snow and ice. This is a beast and is heavy which makes ice slightly better. In terms of snow, snow tires are a must. The AMG summer tires don’t work well and aren’t made for the snow (they’re 22s). I am a BIG believer in a great set of snow tires and this rings true here too. My GLS is amazing in the snow/ice with snow tires on.

This is my 4th GLS450 and I LOVE the size, look and interior. It’s super easy to zip around in, but also spacious. But this is my least favorite of all of the GLS’ I own here are my cons - SLOOOOW, power folding seats, like painfully slow and anxiety inducing in a carpool line - it’s HORRIBLE in the snow and rain. My 2016 and 2019 had snow mode and were BEASTS in the snow. My 2022 has slightly smaller tires and I think that made a bid difference even without snow mode. This one has the smallest tires they made (21) and I replaced with a tire that’s more New England friendly and it’s still just not good at holding the road on rainy or slick days. Hard to explain but the car itself doesn’t feel TIGHT and floats all over the road. Thankfully we have a Bronco as a spare car and I tend to drive that on bad weather days, especially if I have to take the highway. Honestly so bummed because I loved my other ones SO much
